that the road in which you tread leads down to the chambers of death  If the righteous through their many wanderings and manifold temptations are scarcely saved where shall the sinner and the ungodly appear  Merciful Jesus! shew [sic] them their danger and wash them from their pollutions in the blood which flowed from Thy sacred side  Bless thy ministering servants  Uphold them by the right hand of thy righteousness  Give them much of the spirit of the divine Redeemer  Be their God and supporter and suffer them never to bring a reproach upon thine own glorious cause
