Lee Park Baptist Church was constituted on April 7, 1925 as Oak View Baptist Church. In 1954 it became Lee Park Baptist Church. The church became a member of the Union Baptist Association in 1925.

Records consist of minutes of church conferences from July 19, 1953 through February 28, 1999 [broken series]; association letters, bulletins, budgets, calendars, constitution and covenant, correspondence regarding memorials and ministers, photographic directories, financial reports, membership records, newsletters, and newspaper clippings. Reel 1 includes church minutes from 1953-1976; Reel 2 includes church minutes from 1976-1999 and church records from 1957-1998; Reel 3 includes church records from 1983-1999 and membership records through 1999; Reel 4 includes membership records from 1940-1999.
