The contents of the acquisition were loaned for microfilming and return to the church by the clerk on May 16, 1963 and H.E. Barkley, Minister of Education, on May 12, 1988. The newsletters contained within this acquisition were gifts.

 Scope and Contents

The contents of these records contain minutes of church conferences from October 20, 1927 to July 18, 1937; 1939; and from September 1949 to December 18, 1985; Boards of Deacons minutes for 1959; "The Ardmore Announcer" newsletter, 1965-1971. The microfilm was gathered from manuscripts, typescripts, mimeographs, and printed documents.
