Caroleen Baptist Church was constituted in 1896. This church has been a member of the Sandy Run Baptist Association since 1896. Not listed in Sandy Run, 1900-03, while Immanuel Baptist Church was in existence.

Records consist of photocopies of association letters, 1925-55; budgets and financial reports, 1953-93; bulletins, 1935-96; directories, 1968?-95 [broken series]; a history file, 1962-96; the church newsletters, 1954-94 [broken series]; and newspaper clippings, 1974-95.
