Carr's Hill Baptist Church, Brevard, N.C. was constituted Apr. 22, 1893, as Dunn's Rock. On Dec. 23, 1902, its name was changed to Carr's Hill. The church has been a member of the Transylvania Baptist Association since 1883?

Scope and Contents

Records consist of microfilmed portions of three minute books, Apr. 22, 1883-June 2, 1895 and Nov. 12-Dec. 1902; Nov. 23, 1902-Aug. 23, 1921; and Sept. 7, 1921 to Jan. 23, 1927, including membership rolls. The first two volumes are ledger-size and contain ink and pencil entries on un-numbered pages. Volume 3 contains special printed pages for an alphabetical membership list, association letters (1921), and a register of officers.
