Baptist newspapers often served U.S. regions by connecting groups of Baptists who shared similar interests in news. Baptist newspapers also may be used to publicize the actions of a certain church or group of churches outside the church's membership of regional area. This collection includes Baptist newspapers from around the United States in the 19th and 20th centuries.
