Materials in this collection include event emails and newsletters, promotional fliers and other items, booklets, and news clippings. Historical Note

Wake Forest University's Women's Center was established in 2013 by founding director Dr. Paige Meltzer (2013-2019). The Women's Center is part of the University Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Its mission statement, as of 2018, is "The Women's Center strives to create an educational and professional environment that supports women and promotes gender equality." It works with and for students, faculty, and staff, and is open to all members of the community.
