This collection documents commencement, convocation, and other events within the School of Divinity. Materials in this collection include commencement programs, convocation programs, and convocation addresses. Historical Note

WFU's School of Divinity holds commencement annually every May. In 2018, thirty students were awarded Master of Divinity degrees and three students were awarded joint degrees. The School holds Convocation twice a year, once in fall and once in spring. The opening convocation held in the Fall is highlighted by the Steelman Lectures, a lecture series that attracts prominent lecturers of Judeo-Christian theology. Other annual School events include the Incarnation Celebration, the annual Christmas celebration; the Spring New Student Orientation, required of all incoming students; and the Spring Open House, held for prospective students.
