Holly Springs Baptist Church was constituted September 28, 1822. It is located in Wake County, N.C. and is a part of the Raleigh Baptist Association. Members from the Holly Springs congregation branched off in 1868 to organize the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Records consist of minutes of church conferences from Sept. 28, 1822 to Dec. 1919. The two items consist of a 1917 copy of the 1828 deed to the church property, and a 1922 Centennial Homecoming program.
