After the Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation license tag became a reality, ZAP Fitness of Blowing Rock was one of the first organizations to purchase a license tag to brand their commercial identity. The photograph is taken in the parking lot at Bass Lake. Zika Palmer, a founder, is pictured with her elbow on the tailgate of her car.
