Black and white photograph with a thick white border shows a choir of men and women holding music and singing in the balcony of a church, possibly Wake Forest Baptist Church (Wake Forest, N.C.). The women singers wear white dresses and men singers wear suits, with stained class windows behind them and a small crowd in the balcony with them, including some uniformed men. The back of the photograph reads "Christmas Vespers, December 1943, Glee Club," "Howler 1943, page 103," and "WFA." The image is shown in The Howler (1944), page 103.
