dc.description A new patient and visitor parking deck for Wake Forest University Baptist in the mid-1970s helped ease the congestion and on-street parking as seen in this June 1975 photograph. The four-story deck cost an estimated $2.8 million and allowed access into the hospital through Reynolds Tower. In conjunction with the Reynolds Tower deck for patients and visitors, medical center employees acquired a new parking deck on Hawthorne Road. en_US
