Several instrumental parts have new drafts pasted over older drafts. The parts have underlining and outlining in red ink and red colored pencil under part titles and around rehearsal letters. A few parts have notes and revisions written in pencil. After the fair copy parts is a page of notes that appears to be either a set list or a program order. Interestingly the names on the program include others performers who Gertrude Hoffman imitated in her vaudeville mimicking act. There is a handwritten piano part with notes in pencil and blue colored pencil. The full score is handwritten in pencil with "No 7 Booloo" written in red colored pencil on the front along with the penciled inscription "Eddie Leonard." Notes are written on the full score in pencil as well as red and blue colored pencils.
