This volume contains 1832, 1846, 1852, and 1869 membership rolls, a name list who were dismissed in 1875-1876, church meeting minutes (1832-1876) [broken series], a letter (1883), and contribution records (1869-1873). Three names are shown: "Pine Creek Baptist Church" (first recorded in the minutes of May 5, 1832), "Bare [Bear] Creek Baptist Church" (first recorded in the minute of August 28, 1852), and "Fareview [Fairview] Baptist Church" (first recorded in the minute of June 19, 1869). They are handwritten in a hardcover notebook, which has edge-worn covers, broken spine, loose binding, brittle stained paper, and loose leaves. Some paper sheets are torn or missing. A receipt (1905) on a slip of paper is also included.
