This volume contains church activities records including records of church contribution, preaching and meeting minutes (1828-1833), ordination (1829), church constitution (1826), a membership roll with notes of dates of baptism, reception, dismission, decease, etc. (1822-1834), and a short biographical sketch of Alexander Martin (1784-1868). They are handwritten in a hard-cover notebook, which has broken spine, stained covers, and foxing on stained and yellowed pages.
