abstract
In lieu of expensive biological testing for pairwise gene interactions, we present an algorithm that explores genetic activity in Arabidopsis thaliana plants. Prior approaches guarantee accurate models in exchange for intractable computational complexity. These computational outputs are only estimates, no matter the accuracy of the chosen algorithm. As any model is no more than a suggestion, our approach in this research is to focus on an algorithm that can easily scale to explore a larger number of genes.
