description
Sermon given by African American pastor and Civil Rights leader Harold A. Carter from Acts 8:5 on the challenge to take the Gospel to cities that are taken over by evil influences. Philip was called to a city where he preached Christ to counter evil influences. It is the power of Christ that energizes conversions.
