- Dr. Tom Phillips, professor and Wake Forest alum, discusses being from New York and his work as Associate Dean of the Scholars Program as it related to the Global Studies Program. Shares experience teaching in three different Wake abroad locations - London, Vienna, and Venice - managing and maintaining relationships with students, allowing his family to have an experience abroad, and ways to make the experience academically and culturally enriching and relevant for students learning experiences.
