- description
- Chafin references the Bible's books of Philippians and I John as well as W.T. Connor's The Gospel of Redemption. Connor's book reexamines the act of salvation and elaborates on salvation's 3 stages. To become a Christian is more than conversion; it is to enter into a continuing fellowship with Christ. Baptist churches need to devote as much zeal into the development and nurturing of new Christians as they do in winning people to Christ.
- This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
