Recording begins with 17 seconds of silence. Speaker discusses results of a questionnaire sent to laymen inquiring about their attitudes towards their individual pastors' ministry in the area of Christian witnessing (i.e. soul winning). Divided into 3 sections, the questionnaire collected information on the personal soul winning efforts of pastors; their preaching and soul winning; and their teaching/training and soul winning. He challenges pastors to train, trust, and team with the laymen of their respective churches in the witnessing for Christ to others. Ephesians 4:11-12 is referenced.
