Sermon given by a man regarding the evangelist goals of the church. Calls for a church council of evangelism in every church to train people to be adequate witnesses for the lord. Needs a perennial program to continue to develop the younger members of the church, allowing them to mature into the ideal person in the eyes of God. Also calls for an associative council of the church which would put evangelist values in every aspect of the church and ideally all baptist churches.
