description
Sermon given by a man regarding the form of evangelism present in modern society. Discusses the "we can do it" nature that the church inspires in members of the clergy. Calls for twentieth century evangelism to face up and be honest. Salvation solves a person's problem of direction and distance between him and his God, but does not resolve all of a person's issues. Salvation does not equate to one’s conversion, but rather it comes with time and faith.
This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
