Counter proposal to 45 million dollar proposal for support of Baptist colleges stating that it is unrealistic and unattainable as well as out of balance with convention overall budget of 4 million, Various pastors, laymen and a federal education employee speak to the significance of such a decision upon education but also cooperative programs and other state Baptist ministries.
