Final speeches reading committee motion to plan to raise 45 million dollars for seven Baptist state colleges by Norfleet Gardner and others, addressing the "urgency" of a 50% student enrollment increase and ensuing facilities development necessary to accomodate increase. The largest single designation is for 10 million dollars to Wake Forest College to develop a graduate program. Outcome of vote is not included in recording.
