- Statements in support of Trustees of Wake Forest College following discussion of cooperation. Historical Committee reported on projects to restore the exterior of Calvin Jones (Birthplace of Wake Forest College), collect oral histories, purchase a microfilm camera for purspose of capturing all historical local church documents. Historian Dr. James Nicholson emphasized necessity of saving copies of original documents, beginning with pilot project in Pilot Mountain Association.
