Sermon given at Baptist State Convention of North Carolina Evangelism Conference. Referencing Matthew 27, sermon is preached on the "Christ of the Cross" spelled out in the seven sayings of Him from the cross. Forgiveness, conviction, sympathy, suffering, reconciliation and triumph is voiced by Christ. After the message, around minute 34:10, the recording changes to a meeting, perhaps an overtaping. An unidentified speaker talks about Baptist Homes for the Aging, followed by several other speakers. The recording ends mid-sentence.
