- description
- Continuation of forum discussion between several people about dancing, whether it's appropriate, and how it influences society. Speakers are all male. One man states that dancing deteriorates a spiritual atmosphere. Another states that once he truly found God, he realized dance hindered his relationship with God. In this forum, dancing and being of true faith are treated as mutually exclusive since dancing is a moral issue to them. The issue is called to a vote, substitute motion is denied, and the vote is passed.
- This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
