The Annuity Board, Dr. Fred Noe, addresses the convention to remind of benefits to pastors and how those funds are invested. The Council of Christian Social Services reports on meeting the needs of the needy. These include senior homes, the Baptist Hospital, Dr. Bowman Gray speaks about serving " mentally retarded" individuals and their families through new knowledge of causes and treatments. Report from the Children's Homes in four locations is given.
