The Vice President of the North Carolina Baptist State Convention addresses attendees. He speaks on all of the good deeds that Baptists take part in, describing clothing the poor and treating the sick as discussed in the Beatitudes. Then, another man reads the Social Committee Report detailing the work with the Baptist hospitals and the fund allocated to them. He then discusses their old folks homes and treatments for elderly residents at Baptist homes for the aging. Title provided by archives staff.
