- description
- A man delivers a sermon regarding the chasm between the rich and the poor and how Baptists can work against inequaity and violence. He discusses the fearful state of the world and posits virtue and morality as a means to fight the hardships facing people. He talks about groups in conflict, specifically between races, nations, countries, and religions, and encourages thinking of the human race as one, not seperate. All humans in need should be our neighbors and we should provide for their needs.
- This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
