A man directs a discussion of lobbying in the convention. The discussion is heated and differing opinions on who should handle certain business matters. The services rendered by the convention to Baptist colleges are detailed. Several motions and their validity are analyzed, and proper parliamentary procedure is questioned. Very few matters are discussed in-depth due to the lengthy discussions of formalities.
