- description
- A man recognizes Southern Baptist leadership in North Carolina. He recognizes the financial contributions of the Southern Baptists, impressed but also encouraging increased stewardship in the future. The breakdown of causes which Baptists financially support is analyzed as compared to their capital assets, buildings, and other tangible assets to show a need for increased support for the causes to which they contribute. The sound drops out for a short time after he is speaking but then a choir sings two or three hymns.
- This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
