- The former Southern Baptist Convention president Brooks Hays thanks the convention and speaks about his positive experiences at the Convention. He tells several funny stories regarding interactions he made while planning and leading the Convention, highlighting that things don't always go to plan. He commends the work of the 1969 convention but warns of polarization among Christians. Title provided by archives staff.
