A man directs the discussion of the General Board Report. The budget for 1970 to the amount of 7 million dollar is reviewed and voted to approve. Constitutional adjustments are discussed and voted upon, including eliminating a mandatory retirement age and meeting requests by several colleges. Other recommendations are heard and acted upon. Remarksconcerning parliamentary practices away from the microphone are often difficult to hear. Title supplied by archives staff.
This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
