Message from I Peter 2:9-17 on the role of laymen in the church with an increasing awareness of New Testament pattern of laymen responsibility in the church. Roles include to support the preaching ministry by encouraging further training of the pastor and maintaining the missions effort. The Brotherhood Conferenceis proposed to organize Baptist Men to use their vocational ability to go out as groups. Experiences of laymen ministry are shared by other speakers.
