Wake Forest University's Human Resources Department oversees the recruitment, hiring, training, retention, and firing of employees at the University. Responsibilities currently undertaken by the Hunam Resources department were fulfilled by a variety of different personnel such as the treasurer and vice president of the University prior to the 20th administrative rearagement.
