A man calls the 135th Baptist State Convention to order. The meeting agenda includes a description of the program order of business, elections of officers, recognition of past presidents and Christian organization members, as well as introduction of new pastors in North Carolina.A manual for college trustees has been produced. A report from the Historical Committee acknowledges the work of John Woodward at Wake Forest College, including indexing the Biblical Recorder. A gavel made from wood from old Wake Forest College location is acknowledged. Miscellaneous items are covered.
