Speaks of the church programs designed to meet cultural changes, like a leisure oriented society. Rapid change came with a desegregated public school system. Makes a motion with two recommendations, that the Convention commends public school teachers and that the Baptist Convention shy away from forming private schools to circumvent the law. The convention is challenged to the mission of reconciliation.en_US
