Allen Easley, religion professor emeritus, wearing eyeglasses, a suit and tie, with his arm around Mrs. Easley, wearing a suit and holding a piece of paper and a pair of eyeglasses. He had likely just received the Medallion of Merit. They both are smiling widely. The back of the photograph reads "Dr. and Mrs. J. Allen Easley" and "McNabb Studio, on the campus, Wake Forest University." The image is also shown in Wake Forest Magazine (March 1973), page 3.
