Description
This volume contains church meeting minutes and other activity records (1829-1881). Membership rolls of African Americans and non-African Americans (1830-1860) and membership records of baptism, dismission and reception are also included. It is typewritten in a hardcover notebook. On the title page, it says: Minutes of the First Baptist Church, Asheville, North Carolina, February 28, 1829 to March 13, 1881. Copied from the original notes.
