Sermon given by a man regarding the problems with preaching. Abundance of pastoral responsibilities can hinder time to study. Preachers often turn sermons into performances, with gimmicks and metaphors and drama rather than simply focusing on Scripture and prayer. A sermon inspires without drawing attention to the speaker, but instead the Scripture.
