This volume contains membership rolls with notes of dates of baptism, birthday, decease, dismission, reception (1874-1975), statistics (1968-1972), officer lists (1968-1975), church meeting minutes (1968-1972), and a sign-in record for fellowship hall's Open House (1976) . On the title pages, it says: �Church membership record for Mill Creek Baptist Church, Roxboro, Beulah [Baptist Association], North Carolina, from October 1968 to June 1972.� It is handwritten on a hardcover membership record book.
