Resolutions and amendments are voted upon. A students' amendment addresses the importance of indiviual conscience in regards to military service and advocates non-combative service as a valid alternative, including counsel for young men.This is debated as too similar to draft dodging and offensive to those whose family members serve. Much of the recording is routine parliamentary procedure discussions.
