Speech given by woman educator regarding what leadership should be, specifically in terms of developing the learning process through positivity, patience, and a lack of bias. Leaders must recognize strengths, weaknesses, and problems in their classroom as well as assessing the climate of the classroom. Integrating themselves into the group is similarly important in order to encourage discussion and diffuse tension.
