Description
Speech by scientist George Schweitzer, third of three in series, challenging students at Chowan College to counter man's effects on the physical and political earth by finding a balance of enjoyment and stewardship with compassion in order to serve fellow humans. This call to "Keep faith with the earth" represents an increasing understanding of stewardship over the created earth. It includes an emphasis on techonology being a servant and not a master in Christian's life.
