Kenneth R. Williams, Winston-Salem State College president (center)with Dean (first name unknown) Clark, from Southern Illinois University (left) and Dr. Lafayette Parker, WSSC's dean of instruction. SIU and WSSC established a relationship in 1965 that included student and faculty exchange, and curriculum development. Photo was taken in 1967.
