dc.descriptionBlack and white photograph shows a crowd inside Binkley Chapel during its dedication on November 16, 1949. A stage is also full of people: at left is a choir of women and men, seated and dressed in dark robes, and at right is a group of mostly men, in suits and ties. The image appears to have been taken from a balcony. The back of the photograph reads "Choral" and "photograph by Romulus W. Stephens, Apex, North Carolina; News & Observer, Raleigh, N.C." The image is also shown in Wake Forest College Alumni News (December 1949), page 4.en_US
