abstract
DNA regulation is a fundamental part of every cell's life cycle. The expression of DNA allows cells to respond, adapt, and live in the ever changing environment and even overcome host cell defenses. This regulation is controlled through DNA-protein binding. Proteins bind to an innumerable amount of sequences, with different mechanisms and have various effects on the DNA.
