description
Speech given by a man regarding Baptists and the world. He focuses on religious doubters and deniers, building economic and religious communities, and other world issues solved by international cooperation and organizations such as the National Convention of Baptists. These world issues are discussed through anecdotes and personal experiences with suffering due primarily to imperialism. The church confronts these crises through doing missionary work, recognizing human equality, and promoting human rights.
This project was supported by a Recordings at Risk grant from the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR). The grant program is made possible by funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
