The recording begins mid-sentence with Wilson discussing Yeats' writings about his work. He moved then to poetry reading and analysis, including "The Cap and Bells," "Adam's Curse," and "A Woman Homer Sung." He mentions the French language film series, "Trois couleurs," as being related to "The Cap and Bells" and references Sondheim. At around the 37-minute mark, the recording quality degrades and Wilson's voice becomes undiscernable; the last ten minutes, beginning with "A Woman Homer Sung," is nearly illegible. The audio ends 2.5 minutes before the recording ends.
